Introduction BOPP Film
Biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP) is generally a multi-layer co extruded film, which is formed by co extruding polypropylene particles into a sheet and then stretching it in both longitudinal and transverse directions. Due to the orientation of stretching molecules, this type of film has good physical stability, mechanical strength, airtightness, high transparency and glossiness, toughness and wear resistance. It is a widely used printing film, generally with a thickness of 20-40 μ m, and the most widely used is 20 μ m.

Widely used in packaging of food, candy, cigarettes, tea, juice, milk, textiles, etc., it is known as the "Queen of Packaging". The wide application, low pollution, and protection of forest natural resources of BOPP film make it a more popular packaging material than paper and polyvinyl chloride (PVC); The simple and reliable manufacturing process and reasonable price make it a more commonly used packaging material than biaxially oriented polyester (BOPET) film and biaxially oriented nylon (BOPA) film. BOPP film can be compounded with other materials with specific properties to further improve or enhance its performance. Commonly used materials include PE film, drooling polypropylene (CPP) film, polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC), aluminum film, etc.
